Sergio Ramos - a leader of the endangered species

ENDANGERED SPECIES
'I was still a footballer, and at a camp with Argentina`s national team in the lobby of the hotel, I spoke warmly with a friend who suddenly fell silent and his gaze stared at a staircase. Look at Daniel!', he told me. No one goes down the stairs like him.
The captain of our first world champion, Daniel Passarella, played the role of mafia boss. There are very few of that kind in football and there is no one else like Sergio Ramos.
Big leaders have in themselves a certainty and confidence that, in a way unknown to me, transfers the brain to the body. Sergio enters the dressing room, as if Real Madrid belongs to him, and on the pitch -;as if he had invented football.
The club by links for sport tips accuses him of too much power, and his rivals -;in too much kicking on them. But when the normal ones cover the corners at a tough time, they amaze t he world with a `Panenka`. This is his way to tell us that the leader -;this distant as mythical animal ideal - still exists in football.

TOXIC FOOTBALL
There are players who see the goals as fulfilling an obligation, others who seem to obey a peak;third, they are the least, but they seem to take revenge on the world. In this last group is Gonzalo Iguaine, playing with the weight of his shoulders from missed goals in the matches that last throughout his life:the finals.
Gonzalo lifted the stage fever to the level of San Siro`s existential panic. Juventus handed it over to Milan to free up a place for Cristiano Ronaldo, so the AC Milan - Juve was the perfect opportunity for revenge.
Gonzalo, however, missed a penalty, suffered Cristiano`s goal and when the referee showed him a yellow card in the last minutes, he managed to win the red.
We do not know how much tension, how much humiliation in the form of a memet, and how much suppressed desire for must there was in this reaction. But once he has reached where he has always dreamed, he has to ask himself:what else is he waiting for to finally feel really happy?

WHEN THE WINNING IS NOT SUFFICIENT
Today, teams with less possession of the ball are winning matches and, after France has won the World Cup, there is a trend. The champions have become deserving world champions for the quality and physical strength of their players as well as for their minimal risk tactics.
I have no proof to the contrary, but I think that if they were more daring, they would have done the same with more general admiration. Josep Guardiola`s Barcelona provoked a widespread infection. Whether you had the right players or conditions, you had to bet on moving the ball with passes from the beginning to the end of the pitch.
A parallel movement sought an antidote against a similar game machine. Jose Mourinho was his prophet with a speculative and self -sacrificing football in need of an army without any breakthrough in his bumper.
Last Sunday, the two styles with their guides made a meeting in Premier League. Mourinho needs only the victory to be right, and Guardiola -;from the victory, but also from a good game. A question of expectations.

Anderson and Gasquet at the 1/4-finals in Tokyo

Kevin Anderson, as well as Richard Gasquet, qualified for the quarterfinals of the Tokyo tennis tournament. South African Anderson coped with the rising American star Frances Tiafoe and beat him 6:3, 3:6, 6:2. Anderson resorted to his usual weapon - the strong starting blow, realizing 18 aces, allowing only two breakthroughs, one of which was realized in the second set.

In the first set the South African player made a break and it was enough to pull ahead. In the second he tried to solve the match early, but Tiafoe saved three breakthroughs and in turn realized one to equalize the parts. In the third set, however, Anderson did go up high, made an early break and quickly led to 4:1, which also determined the direction of the match.

Expecting it already in the quarterfinals, Richard Gasquet is also there after he clashes with the Australian Nick Kyrgios with 7:6 (4), 7:6 (1). The match by tennis news was literally a point-to-point point to the second tiebreak, where the Australian failed to resist. In the first he fought to 4:2 when Gaske lied to him with two passing strokes along the line.

Stefanos Tsitsipas dealt with Alex de Minaur with 6:3, 5:7, 6:1, but the season is good for both of them, as the youngsters slipped into the top 50 of the world tennis. De Minaur, who was not set up, had a hard time closing his serve by allowing 20 break points to save only 14 points. Cicipas will face Kei Nishikori in quarter-finals, with the host`s winner twice winning the tournament. Also in the draw, Jan-Lennard Struff (Germany) beat Jeremy Chardy (France) with 7:6 (3), 6:7 (2), 6:4. This is the first quarterfinals since May and will be against Denis Shapovalov (Canada).

Matthaus also spoke of the change of Hoeness

The Bayern Munich (Munich) legend Lothar Matthaus shared his vision for eventual changes in club leadership. In recent weeks, it has been increasingly spoken that perhaps the time has come for Uli Hoeness to leave the presidency. The boss himself said he was ready to leave at the end of the season, but he had not seen a worthy successor yet. According to Matthaus, a lead role in the Bavarian Grand Prix must be for Oliver Kahn. Here is how I see things: Rumenigge becomes President, Uli Hoeness remains in the background simply as an honorary president, and Kahn becomes CEO of Calle, Matthaus told Bild. Currently the former goalkeeper does not take up any post, and he was recently asked whether he would become a boss in Bayern, who responded with everything with his time. He is the face of the club, he brings Bayern into his DNA. Oly understands the game predicted by over under fixed tips perfectly, always ambitious, and smart enough. I believe he can lead Bayern to a bright future.', Matthaus added.

Honess and Rumenigge, in their roles as President and CEO, are the leading figures in the club. Everything depends on them - even the transfers. But it is said that not everything between them is perfect. For example, Hoeness had accused Calle that while he was in jail, Rummenigge missed the chance to refresh the team from the players. Rummenigge`s contract with Bayern expires next summer.

Too easy for Zverev against a rival who wrote a story in the Grand Slam

World No. 4 Alexander Zverev had no problems and won more than Peter Polanski`s sixth, 6:2, 6:1, 6:2 definitely written Grand Slam history for just 97 minutes on the first US Open court. The 119th position in the world rankings of the tennis pioneer entered the history of the `Open Era` as the first player to qualify for the main scheme as the `lucky loser` in all four of the `Schlemma` tournaments in one year.

Polanski was left with only the pride that he had participated in New York because his fight against Zverev did not offer any intrigue at any time. The young German did not intend to suffer the horrific heat of many of his colleagues and was both expedient and concentrated enough to win the game routinely and without excessive energy.

Polanski himself contributed to the rapid development, because in much of the game Zvev stood on the main line and just walked on the court, provoking error after a mistake. World number 4 led wi th a 2-0 break in the first set, then failed to take advantage of 4:1 chance in his favor, but later realized he did not have to regret a missed opportunity.

The first set was made and in the second part Zverev continued to punish the unbecoming service (especially the second - only 36% success rate) of his rival and hurriedly led with two breaks. In the third part, the screenplay was repeated, with Polanski at the same time unable to get even closer to putting pressure on his far-known opponent - in none of Zverev`s serve games according archive of tennis predictions in the match was a dus. So the German goes on at the US Open and will play against either the `lucky loser` Nicholas Mayu or the Wild Card participant, Cornetin Moute.

From Roma, they explained the failure, they were tempted to sue Bordeaux

Sporting director of Roma Ramon Monchi explained what exactly happened in the last two days that the club via football blog for win tips first announced an agreement with Bordeaux for the transfer of Malcom but then the player signed with Barcelona. The wolves had offered 37 million euros, which was accepted by the girders, but then a bid of 41 million euros came from Camp Nou. Rome has explained that the player himself is also responsible for the failure of the deal. They are now considering bringing a case. `I`m sorry for what happened, ` Monkie said to the typhus of Roma. `We believe we have a deal with Bordeaux, and at a later stage we have even offered more. President Paleota agreed to go out even with a better offer, but when everything turned out to be an auction, we decided to quit. If someone wants to come to Roma, that`s great, but if there are those who do not want it, we d o not want them either.

I want to assure our fans that we continue to work and look for a class-player who is at the level of Malcom or even better than him and also wants to be a part of Roma.

At some point in the negotiations, we were ready to overtake Barca`s offer, and Bordeaux told us we had to send a formal proposal. Then, however, the agents demanded better conditions and, in the end, we decided to stop.

We are currently considering seeking legal remedies. The fact is that nothing was signed, but we keep a number of messages between the managers and the president of Bordeaux.
