The prosecution decided not to press charges against the President of Barcelona Josep Maria Bartomeu about the second lawsuit against the star of the team, Neymar.
The prosecution has not found evidence pointing to the involvement of Bartemou the irregularities of the treaty of Brazilian footballer.
The judge Jose de La Mata gave the `green light` for the case and the prosecutors now have 10 days to submit the claim.
The Supreme Court of appeals resumed investigation of the transfer of Brazilian striker at the end of September, after three months earlier, de La Mata dismissed the charges against the 24-year-old player.
