Platini`s candidacy is not cancelled

The Ethic Commission of FIFA stated that the nomination of Michel Platini as President of FIFA is not automatically cancelled after removal.
`This issue (Michel Platini`s candidacy for President of FIFA) is not for the Committee, and to the Electoral Commission of FIFA, which will assess whether the nomination is valid or not.`, said Andreas Bantel, spokesman for the Commission on ethics.
The Ethics Committee of the FIFA side officially President Sepp Blatter and UEFA President Michel Platini for 90 days after their names connected with the corruption scandal. The independent Ethics Committee ban for six years and the Mont Jun Jeon, who also is running for President.
FIFA Secretary General Jerome Valke is in 60 days. On September 25, the Swiss Prosecutor`s Office has launched a lawsuit against Blatter, who suspected that has translated illegally two million Swiss francs of Michel Platini. The Frenchman has already said that the payment was legitimate.
On 29 may the Congress of FIFA`S Blatter was re-elected for another term, only four days later announced he resigned amid corruption scandals.
The Executive Committee of FIFA decided on 20 July that new elections for President will take place on 26 February 2016 until then Blatter will oversee international football.
