The goalkeeper of Real Madrid, Iker Casillas admitted he wanted to leave Spain and to play outside the country, which has passed all his sports career to date.
'I had several offers, not all attracted to me, but I wanted to leave Spain. To play for Porto was a good opportunity to leave a stage behind and to practice abroad. At the same time, it`s about a country which is not very far from Spain. I wanted something to have no difficulty with moving my family.`, explained candidly Casillas.
'I also wanted the team in which we went to participate in the Champions League. Porto did well during the past campaign, I hope to make this season more remarkable contribution.`, explained the former captain of Real Madrid.
